Paula Lisa Dawson is a licensed Associate Broker & Realtor® in the Commonwealth of VA, primarily servicing Richmond and its surrounding counties. As an At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certified real estate professional, Lisa strives to create a more inclusive real estate business and effectively serve all clients regardless of race or cultural background. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), she’s gone through specialized training to provide the competitive edge individuals need when searching for their new home. And as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), she has the knowledge and skills needed to be a client’s best advocate when they are ready to sell their home.

Lisa is also a member of the Richmond Association of Realtors (RAR) Professional Standards and Program Committees, and a member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB).
In addition to her AHWD®, ABR® and SRS® designations, Lisa is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, and e-Pro certified. She is a 2020 graduate of the Richmond Association of Realtors Leadership Academy.
Lisa is a Notary Public and certified instructor for Moseley Real Estate Schools. She operates these services under her P. Lisa Dawson Realty & Professional Services, LLC.
Prior to becoming a Realtor® in 2019, Lisa held various senior leadership positions at Fortune 500 financial services companies, including senior level roles in communications, project management, risk management, and as chief of staff to top executives.
Lisa received her MBA in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University and her undergraduate degree in Communications and Sociology from the University of Virginia. She is a Silver Star (25+ years) member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®, where she currently serves on the executive board of her local chapter as the Public Relations & Communications Chairperson.
Lisa resides in Chesterfield, VA with her husband Maurice.
